Tell us about your company and the problem it solves, or its benefit to learners or educators.
DigiArmorX is a cybersecurity and digital resilience education platform designed for students in Grades 3–12.
Children are growing up surrounded by technology, but much of their education still focuses on how to use technology rather than how to make safe, informed decisions while using it. Passwords, phishing, scams, privacy, malware, cyberbullying, AI-generated content, deepfakes, and digital communication are now part of their everyday world.
DigiArmorX helps close this gap through age-appropriate learning, real-world scenarios, adaptive assessments, games, and decision-making activities. For educators, it provides visibility into students’ knowledge and decision-making gaps without requiring teachers to become cybersecurity experts.
Our belief is simple: cybersecurity education should be treated as a life skill, not just a technical subject.

Where did the idea come from to create your company?
The idea for DigiArmorX came from a place where my professional and personal worlds collided.
I have worked in cybersecurity for years, but the need became deeply personal when my son experienced cyberbullying.
As a cybersecurity professional, I understood technology, risk, and security. But as a mother, I found myself asking a very different question: Are we actually preparing children for what happens when they enter the digital world?
We teach children how to use devices, but knowing how to use technology is very different from knowing how to navigate it safely. A child may know how to use an app perfectly and still not know what to do when someone bullies them online, asks for personal information, sends a suspicious link, or presents something fake as real.
That experience became the foundation of DigiArmorX. I often describe the problem in one sentence:
“The digital playground has no fence.”
We cannot stand beside our children during every digital interaction, but we can prepare them to make safer decisions when we are not there.
Tell us about one challenge and how you overcame that challenge.
One of our biggest challenges has been changing the perception of what cybersecurity education for children actually means.
When people hear “cybersecurity,” they often think about hacking, highly technical skills, or another subject teachers need to fit into an already crowded curriculum.
We changed the conversation by focusing on everyday life: recognizing suspicious messages, protecting personal information, choosing passwords, understanding downloads, responding to cyberbullying, questioning AI-generated content, and knowing when to ask for help.
We also designed DigiArmorX so educators do not have to become cybersecurity experts. The platform supports learning, assessment, reinforcement, and visibility, helping reduce the burden on teachers.
The shift has been important: from “another subject we have to teach” to “a life skill our students already need.”
What are you most proud of or what is your company’s greatest achievement?
I am most proud that something that began with a very personal experience has grown into a real educational ecosystem.
DigiArmorX has moved beyond an idea into a working platform with real-world learning scenarios, adaptive learning, games, assessments, and educator insights, and we are now bringing it into real educational environments through pilots.
The mission also extends beyond the platform through my children’s cybersecurity books and educational content.
For me, the greatest achievement is not one feature or milestone. It is seeing a parent’s concern become something that can potentially help many other children, families, and educators.
Where do you see your company in five years?
In five years, I want DigiArmorX to help make digital resilience a normal part of a child’s education.
I envision students progressively building cybersecurity awareness and judgment as they grow, while educators and families have better visibility into where support and reinforcement are needed.
Technology will continue to change. AI, connected devices, social platforms, and risks we have not even encountered yet will become part of children’s lives.
We cannot prepare children for every individual threat. But we can prepare the child.
My vision is for DigiArmorX to help shift education from simply protecting children from technology to preparing them to navigate it independently, confidently, and responsibly.
The digital playground has no fence. Our children still need the skills to navigate it.
