Maranon Capital, L.P. (“Maranon”) is pleased to announce that Andrew Eshelman has joined the Board of Directors of Paxton/Patterson LLC (“Paxton Patterson”). Andrew is a Managing Director at Maranon Capital where he is responsible for structuring, negotiating, and closing transactions. Paxton Patterson is a leading provider of career and technical education.
Andrew joined Maranon in 2012 and has 13 years in leverage lending, asset management, and investment banking. He serves as a Board Observer for two other portfolio companies. Andrew earned a B.S. in Finance and Accounting with distinction from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
