With this acquisition, Intrado Life & Safety expands its leadership position in K-12 education technology, adding Permission Click’s digital workflow solutions to its SchoolMessenger communications suite of solutions.
Permission Click’s innovative product enables schools and school districts to digitize previously manual processes and forms management, increasing efficiency, transparency, and policy compliance, in addition to saving time for parents and teachers. Permission Click’s executive team and employees will join Intrado Life & Safety to support clients and drive continued technology development and product innovation.
